Successful ERP Implementation Must Include Training for Functional Application Users
Adequate training for functional application users and technical resources it critical; they must be well- prepared to transact business in the new system prior to production “go live.” Technology Group International (TGI) trains the implementation core team early on in the implementation process for purposes of software acceptance and establishing business policies and procedures.
