It is well suited for industrial environments resistant to liquids and metals.
This passive Gen 2 mini metal RFID tag, model 116502, operating over the frequency range of 902MHz to 928MHz offers contactless read/write. It provides a tested read range of up to 4m and a maximum write range of 3m, a capacity of 96 bit EPC ID, and a maximum read quantity of 150tags/s. It is complaint with Gen 2 IMPINJ and ISO18000-6C standards and has true anti-collision properties for multi-detection. This durable RFID tag is water and dust resistant as well as resistant to immersion in salt water, alcohol, oil, 10% HCL and ammonia. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
