Fort Lauderdale, FL (September 26,2006) – The momentum rises as Preconstruction Networks, a division of Adache Real Estate LLC continues to aggressively pursue its International sales mission by announcing they will host another event in Venezuela along with Hospitality Development Group. This upcoming event is the direct result of a trip taken in June of 2006, which involved meeting with various brokerage companies and real estate professionals who specialize in selling U.S. properties. Although events are planned for a period of several days, the main event will be September 28, 2006 and it is expected that hundreds will attend, including clients, real estate professionals, and media personnel. The agenda consists of meetings and presentations, which will highlight Palazzo del Lago, an InterContinental condo hotel in Orlando, Florida.
Some of the most prestigious real estate professionals in Venezuela have invited clients to attend the event. Representatives from Preconstruction Networks, InterContinental Hotel, and Hospitality Group will speak at the event. Sofia Ojeda, a participant in the presentation, is one of Preconstruction Networks Latin American specialists, and will be joined by, Adam Adache, President of Preconstruction Networks and Adache Real Estate, LLC. Sofia comments on the upcoming event in comparison to the event she participated in three months prior, “We are very excited to be invited back to Venezuela, our last trip was very productive and with the tremendous amount of momentum already built we are expecting to see an even bigger response.” Adam Adache adds, “Our last trip for this project proved to be extremely productive and successful, so much so that it demanded a second visit which required we host an event to reach an audience of a larger magnitude.”
The spotlight in the Venezuelan meetings will be on InterContinental Hotel’s, first condo hotel property “Palazzo Del Lago”. Palazzo is situated on 42 acres on International Drive and features a beach front setting on spring fed Lake Bryan. The project will be the largest InterContinental Hotel in the world as well as the first and only hotel to be designated with the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Located just two miles from Disney occupants will be able to view the nightly displays of Disney’s fireworks.
Preconstruction Networks is constantly connecting with International markets and planning new sales missions. In July of 2006 the International real estate sales company hosted an event in Bogota, Columbia with attendance of over 250 real estate professionals and media personnel. The event directly resulted in sales and reservations for the new condo hotel project, Palazzo del Lago. It is evident that Preconstruction Networks has successfully made International real estate sales its forte.
