Noida/Delhi, India – June 25, 2006 - Cressanda Solution Ltd., a Delhi based IT Services firm, has appointed Anurag Kumar as its new Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director and a Board Member.
Anurag brings more than 24 years of experience as an executive, consultant and an entrepreneur. He comes from Connectione, which he had founded and run since 2001. Previously he was the founder/CEO of Mediaprise, a venture-backed software company. He spent nine years as a senior manager with the outsourcing division (Managed Operations) at IBM Global Services. Before IBM, Anurag was the founder of two IT services companies in Michigan and also worked with KPMG.
Anurag has degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi (BS, Electrical Engineering), Wayne State University (MS, Computer Science), and Broad School of Business, Michigan State University (MBA).
Anurag is very active with TIE, a global organization for entrepreneurs and executives, and serves as the President of TIE-Austin. He will continue to be based in Austin, Texas, USA.
When asked to comment on his new assignment, Anurag said “Cressanda Solutions is in a unique position to service mid-market customers across the globe for offshore Information Technology, Digital Media and Business Process Optimization services.
