Jataayu Software announces major win for its recently launched HTML Browser from a leading Asian handset ODM
3GSM,Barcelona – February 13th, 2006 - Jataayu Software announced today a major customer win for its recently released HTML Browser- jB5 with ART® technology. This is part of the larger deal secured by one of Jataayu’s partner, e-SIM from a leading Asian handset ODM for a 3G phone project. e-SIM is a major provider of software solutions based on MMI (Man-Machine Interface) technology for mobile handsets and other electronic products.
Jataayu’s jB5 with ART® heralds significant progress in the drive towards adoption of the Mobile web as it not only supports the standards and specifications that govern the internet world, but adds the unique functionality of OMA standards support, as well. jB5 with ART® lets handset manufacturers harness the unique capabilities of mobile devices – push, telephony integration and location awareness along with providing the most usable adaptation of web pages for mobiles through its rendering mechanism, Adaptive Rendering Technology - ART®.

As part of the current deal, e-SIM will provide an integrated solution comprising of its MMI technology pre-integrated with the Jataayu Handset applications suite. Jataayu will be providing its browser –jB5 along with its other applications like MMS, IMPS, Email, SyncDS, SyncDM, OMA OTA and the OMA Download Client.
