Colorado Springs, Colorado, December 13, 2005 YoungHeroes.US and StarDustRadio announce the guest list for the Talking with Heroes Talk Show to be broadcast on the www.StarDustRadio.com Global Internet Radio Network which will be re broadcast at the same time on www.mix102.net. Talking with Heroes is not about politics. It is about supporting our men and women serving our country and their families.
Talking with Heroes guests are men and women talking about their experiences while serving and helping the people in Iraq, Afghanistan and in other areas of the world. Guests include leaders from military support groups who send hundreds of packages to our deployed men and women as well as helping them and their families here in America. Guests include companies, entertainers and others who help and support our troops. Guests are listed in www.talkingwithheroes.com
The guests on the Dec. 18th {5pm PST} Show are:
Douglas C. Rapp 1LT, CAV, IN Battalion Adjutant with the Indiana National Guard. Lt Rapp recently led a group of Indiana National Guard soldiers to the Gulf to help with the Katrina victims. They were deployed in the Gulf for 45 days. Some of them had previously served in Afghanistan, Iraq and some in Bosnia as well.
Kristen Holloway, Founder and President Operation Troop Appreciation: Since July 2004, OTA has provided "wish list" items for over 6,000 troops, including Under Armour t-shirts, musical instruments, entertainment items, sports equipment and pretty much anything else that will increase the morale among our American heroes. Kristen Holloway was honored with 8 other women from across the nation by Redbook Magazine for their grassroots and community projects.
Charlie Daniels, well known Country and Western Singer has launched Operation Heartstrings, which is a plea to corporate America to help the dedicated men and women serving in the Armed Forces overseas combat the loneliness and isolation of service in the War on Terror by providing instruments, albums, DVDs, CD and DVD players.
