Serious Magic, Inc. today announced the availability of Visual Communicator Studio, the most powerful and flexible version of its product line to date. The new version adds features such as live video streaming, multiple camera support and the ability to publish dynamic video-embedded web pages, without sacrificing the point-and-click simplicity and speed that has made Visual Communicator indispensable for creating corporate, educational and training-oriented videos.
While previous versions focused on creating videos that could later be posted to a Web site or burned to a DVD, Visual Communicator Studio’s live output adds the ability for users to self-produce live corporate broadcasts, conferences, distance learning courses, campus-wide newscasts and more. Video can be streamed to the Internet or Web server in real time, or displayed live on a large projection screen, monitor or TV, without expensive hardware or technically complex set-ups. Users can also publish their videos to video-embedded web pages without learning HTML, and add chapter markers and web links, which can display web pages, pictures or PowerPoint slides alongside the video.

Up to three camera sources are supported, and all can be used in conjunction with Visual Communicator’s green-screen effects to add professional digital backgrounds. Visual Communicator also adds a number of major interface enhancements and features based on user requests, such as a full-screen teleprompter option, timing markers, collapsible trays, tighter action timing and more content.

Visual Communicator Studio is now available for $695. Registered user of previous versions of Visual Communicator can upgrade for a discounted price. The product is available from Serious Magic’s online store and many professional video resellers.
