CARM Training have launched their newly developed and highly awaited “Communicating Persuasively in Conflict” competency based training program. The launch of this program was made during the November 2006 Local Government and Shires Association (LGSA) Annual Conference and Exhibition showcase conducted in Coffs Harbour NSW.

Business Development Executive Bernie Euers said, “This has been a much awaited training program, which comes off the back of our highly successful “Dealing with Customer Aggression and Violence Programs”.

Euers, further indicated that CARM Training are delighted with the responses they have received at the exhibition in relation to the program. Euers said, “We have taken our very successful formula and training methodology in 'The CARM Approach' and developed it further so as to help organisations and people address and develop key communication skills needed in today’s workplace”.

Principally the new program develops higher level communication skills in teaching staff how to successfully influence others and communicate persuasively during conflict situations and situations of workplace aggression, which is invaluable for an organisations moment of truth and staff development in the customer service skills”.

Given the interest and demand we have seen in this program we are looking forward to its release as an online interactive e-learning program in 2007."

Euers said, “We like to ensure that we offer our local, national and international clients high quality, engaging and memorable training programs that offer great flexibility in the delivery”.
