Toronto,Canada - GAO Embedded offers its high performance featuring test vector capability and multi-array fuse map editor.It provides a 48-pin ZIF socket with universal pin-drivers and supports 43000+ devices to meet the different needs for device programming or IC testing.This optimized universal programmer automatically identifies the manufacturer and type of EPROM; it also identifies TTL/CMOS logic IC device insertion and conducts poor pin contact check.
This compact universal programmer, model VP990,is capable of handling many different devices including Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Programmable Logic Devices (PLD),flash microcontrollers and serial or parallel memory. It supports standard file formats including JEDEC,INTEL (Extended) HEX, HOLTEK, EMC (CDS) and INTEL HEX16; it also offers optional universal DIP,PLCC, QFP,TSOP,PSOP,SOIC,SSOP and SDIP adapters. The VP990 connects to a computer via USB port and manages 16 and 32 bit word spilt under Windows XP/2000/NT/Vista operating systems. In auto-run mode,the high performance programmer starts programming automatically upon detection of chip insertion.
