New title at Screenvision Europe aims to create Pan-European opportunities

Paris, 5th April 2006 - A new role has been created between Screenvision Europe’s Paris headquarters and Carlton Screen Advertising’s London office and with the purpose of selling cinema advertising and cinema opportunities specifically for Pan-European campaigns. Nathalie Mangin is the Pan European Sales Manager working across both companies and is based in Carlton Screen Advertising’s Golden Square office.

Ms. Mangin will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with international media departments in London and Paris in order to raise the profile of cinema advertising and build business for Carlton Screen Advertising and Screenvision Europe.

Clients and agencies with international interests will be targeted and sales teams from Carlton Screen Advertising and Screenvision Europe used as a resource by Ms. Mangin to strengthen understanding of advertisers’ strategies. Specific sales pitches for pan-European cinema campaigns will be developed with Ms Mangin regularly commuting between both offices to present new initiatives to agencies.

Ms Mangin’s previous career experience includes working in an advertising agency, broadcast television and at Screenvision France, and is a French citizen having lived in Paris most of her life. Seven years was spent at advertising agency Lowe as an Account Manager on the Unilever and Nestle brands, focussing on European relations. Ms Mangin then moved into broadcast television for a sales role at station M6, in charge of cable and satellite commercialisation. Continuing with a sales career, the most recent five years have been as Deputy Sales Director for Screenvision France with job requirements that make Ms. Mangin suitably paired to take on the newly developed position of Pan European Sales Manager.

Nathalie Mangin said: “We think there are good opportunities to develop business across Europe as we can see an increase of requests for pan European campaigns. We’re also working on a pan European offer integrating all the production processes in order to be a one-stop-shop for all international account managers. My short-term challenge is to evaluate what we can expect in terms of business, but I look forward to what this new role can accomplish.”

An avid fan of cinema, Ms. Mangin regularly visits and lists French film Se Souvenir des Belles Choses her favourite.
Nathalie Mangin will be reporting to Screenvision Europe CEO Jean-Michel Gillibert and Carlton Screen Advertising CEO Debbie Chalet.
