Royal Atlantis Group announced the sale of three corporate subsidiaries to private operators. The sale includes Royal's profitable AskFrogger pay per click search engine operations.
The sale is apart of Royal's reorganization plan as the company focuses on other opportunities. This sale terminated prior agreements with Ivany Media, private investors and several other contracts acquired by Royal Atlantis Group.
