ASL Capital Corp announced today that ASL and Indochina Securities Inc have signed a consulting agreement. Under this agreement ASL Capital Corp will provide Project Management Services, including sourcing prospective residential real estate properties for purchase, management of contract staff, negotiations with real estate agent(s), marketing real estate and related services. ASL’s compensation is held confidential, but is accessible by ASL corporate investors.
