ArcaMax Publishing's Holiday Idea Contest is now in the third week of its five-week run. The contest, which ends the Wednesday before Christmas, offers readers like Bernadette a chance to share their tips, crafts, and recipes with other ArcaMax subscribers. In addition, everyone who sends a tip is entered into a drawing for one of five Amazon gift certificates.
"Our Recipes section is very popular," says Scott Wolf, CEO of ArcaMax Publishing. "People like reading our chefs' recipes, but they're also enjoying these ideas from their fellow readers. They like that personal touch, especially around this time of year."
The Holiday Idea section contains more than forty published tips - just a few of the many ArcaMax has received since the promotion started on November 16. The section supplements the main holiday feature, which contains even more holiday tips. The Recipes section has holiday dishes covering everything from the perfect turkey to what to do with the leftovers. For advice outside the kitchen, there's consumer news covering the shopping season, as well as tips for decorating and safety around the house.
