ASL Capital Corp submits Bid, issues Cost Analysis Report and Gathers Team
ASL Capital Corp announced today that subsequent to the company signing a deal to provide Project Management consulting (see news release August 25,2005) ASL has sourced and submitted a purchase offer on a prospective project property, along with a complete Cost Analysis Report on the reconstruction estimates to the clients. ASL estimates include a gross 9% cost for reconstruction and renovations, and a 23.6% net return based on the property resell value.
ASL’s Real Estate project management team successfully sourced a residential property as outlined in ASL Real Estate Development Plan Sept 2005. ASL will negotiate and try to acquire the property within the next 2 weeks.
ASL has additional formed its contracting crew of 5 construction staff members who will be lead by ASL’s Project Manager. ASL has sourced and successfully concluded negotiations with specialists in Structural Repair, Interior Renovations, Roofing, Addition Design & Construction, Exterior Design, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, Painting, Siding, Door & Window Installation, Landscaping and general contracting. ASL has also entered negotiations with an Interior Decorator and expects to form a 2 member Design Team for each Project ASL acquires.
