ASL Capital Corp announced today that ASL and Indochina Securities Inc have initiated a Real Estate Development partnership. Under this partnership Indochina Securities Inc will operate as Lead Corporate Financier and Co-Project Manager. ASL will operate as Lead Consultant, Operations Manager and Co-Project Manager.
ASL Capital Corp Real Estate Development Plan is subject to Indochina Securities Inc ability to secure financing. ASL will provide further information as it becomes available.
